Who publishes this site
This page is Run’s mentions légales, the identification notice French law asks a commercial website to publish. It says who stands behind run.audio, who answers for what is published on it, and who hosts it. It is identity, not policy: everything else is in the other documents, and this page points at them.

Publication director
Responsibility for what this site publishes, the directeur de la publication, sits with the legal representative of Void Music Group SASU, the company identified in the record above. Write to legal@run.audio to reach them, or by post at the registered office.
That responsibility is not delegated. If something published on this site is wrong, tell us and it gets corrected.
We identify the company rather than naming an individual here. The officer who represents Void Music Group is on the public record and can be looked up against the SIREN above.
How to reach us
Write to legal@run.audio about this site, about any of our legal documents, or to report a rights problem or ask for a takedown. Write to privacy@run.audio about personal data and anything you want to exercise under the GDPR. Both reach the same company.
By post: Void Music Group SASU, 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
We handle support and legal contact in writing rather than by telephone, which leaves both
sides with a record of what was said.
Who hosts this site
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), vercel.com. The workspace at app.run.audio is served by the same hosting provider.
We publish the name, the country and the company’s own website rather than a street address. The postal addresses in circulation for it are not ones we can verify, and a checkable name is worth more to you here than a guessed address.
This obligation is about the website itself, so it stops here. The wider list of companies that process personal data for Run, including the ones behind the application, the database and the files you upload, is in our Privacy Policy: it is published as categories of recipient, and we name the companies behind any of them if you ask.
The site, its content and your music
The site is ours. Its structure, its design, its text, its images, and the Run name and lockup belong to Void Music Group SASU or are used with permission. Read it, link to it and quote it freely. Copying the design or the copy wholesale, or using our name or our lockup in a way that suggests we endorse something, needs our agreement first.
Your music is not ours. Artists distributing through Run keep ownership of their master recordings, their compositions and their artwork, and grant us only the non-exclusive licence needed to deliver a release and report on it. That grant is set out in full in the Distribution Agreement. Artist names, release titles and cover art shown anywhere on this site belong to the artists and rights holders concerned.
Personal data and cookies
The controller for personal data collected through this site and the workspace is Void Music Group SASU, at the registered office above. What we collect, why, how long we keep it and who it goes to is in our Privacy Policy. Your rights, and how to use them from your workspace settings or by email, are on our GDPR page. Requests go to privacy@run.audio.
This site sets essential cookies only: no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking across other sites. Each one is listed with its purpose and its lifetime in our Cookie Policy.
VAT and commercial information
Void Music Group SASU is registered for VAT in France. The VAT number and the trade-register entry are in the record at the top of this page, and they are the ones that appear on our invoices.
Prices shown on this site are in euros. Where tax applies it is calculated and added at checkout, so the total you approve is the total you pay. What each plan costs and includes is on the pricing section, the billing rules are in the Terms of Service, and your invoices are in the billing portal in your workspace.
Reporting illegal content
If something distributed through Run infringes your rights, impersonates you or is unlawful, write to legal@run.audio. A person reads it. We can hold a release, refuse it, or take it down from every store it reached, and urgent copyright and impersonation notices are actioned as fast as we can.
A notice is easiest to act on when it tells us:
- What. The release or the track: title, artist name, and the barcode or ISRC if you have them.
- Where. A link to it on a store, or wherever you came across it.
- Why. What the problem is, and which right you hold or which law it breaks.
- Who. Your name and a way to reach you, so we can come back to you.
Run is the single point of contact for everything distributed through us, so a complaint does not have to go through the stores first. What we do not accept, and what happens when we find it, is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy and our Anti-Fraud Policy. Notices you know to be false take time away from the real ones.
Governing law
This site and this notice are governed by French law. The full position on disputes, on which courts are competent and on the rights you keep as a consumer is in our Terms of Service, and it is not restated here so the two can never end up saying different things.
The version and the date of this page are at the top of it. When the company record changes, this page changes with it.
